I really like the glow in the one eye. Having things spiral out of focus from that eye also adds a really nice creepy touch. However, given the fact that it looks like a human skull, I am a little confused on what the mass hanging below it is. There are a solid set of lines that hint at a hanging jaw, but I can't be entirely certain that that is what it is. If it is a jaw, you may want to try adding a hint of grey to give it a more solid shape, and stretch it back so it looks like it connects a little farther back from the eye (at the moment, it looks like it connects directly beneath the eye). If that isn't what it is, I have no idea what it is...

Really solid work though, that was my only complaint. Using the varying shades of green really pulled off the swamp feel. Hope this helps!
