A note of silence
From an anally retentative C&C point of view: At the top of his mouth the "dog mouth" appears to be jutting out from the left hand side of his face, while at the base it looks like it's extending from his jaw. Depending on your point of view that could enhance the horror aspect or just make people think there's something "off" about the drawing. Otherwise looks good.
